Introduction

The SIL FDD 802G-60-PCP is an all-outdoor, full IP, next-generation millimeter wave radio link operating in the 71-86GHz E-Band. It boasts a throughput of up to 2 Gbps over distances of up to 5km using the equipped 60cm antenna.

This link is equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet ports and can be ordered to include two Gigabit Fibre ports or a single 2.5Gbps Fibre port.

With its high throughput and zero-footprint design, the SilverNet SIL FDD 802G-60-PCP stands out as the perfect choice for ultra-high capacity wireless links in urban settings, catering to all carrier-class applications such as mobile backhaul, enterprise, and ISPs. It incorporates the latest synchronization techniques and advanced Ethernet/IP features, establishing the SilverNet 80GHz Backhaul as a state-of-the-art IP radio.

Note

The 73.375 – 75.875 GHz and 83.375 – 85.875 GHz band is available in the UK under a light licensed process for point to point fixed wireless applications.

The fee for the licence is currently £50, which includes the charge for registration of the first link for the first year of the licence. Any further links registered by the licensee will be charged at £50 per link per year.
