One electrical socket, several functions
The devolo Smart Metering Plug is a simple adapter with an unobtrusive design. Simply plug it in between the electrical socket and the desired device. As with all other devolo Home Control components, you can now control the connected device conveniently via the devolo Home Control Central Unit. You decide whether your coffee machine switches on at a chosen time via a timer, if you want to use your radio as an alarm clock every morning or if your devices will be controlled directly when you're on the go using the free my devolo app.

You can also use the Home Control Central Unit to expand and combine the switchable electrical socket with other devolo Home Control components as you desire. Here, there are many different options for your smart home: you can set the lights to switch on automatically when you enter your home using the devolo Home Control Motion Sensor or use the devolo Home Control Door/Window Contact to enable the switch socket. If you'd like, you can receive a notification if the electrical socket is no longer reporting any power consumption. This means you'll always know if your washing machine, dryer or dishwasher is finished, even if you're on the go.
