Introduction

The SIL FDD 805G-60-PCP is an all-outdoor, full IP, cutting-edge millimeter wave radio link that operates in the 71-76/81-86GHz E-Band. It offers a throughput of up to 5 Gbps for distances reaching 5km.

Equipped with dual 2.5Gbps Fibre ports, it emerges as an ideal solution for ultra-high capacity wireless links in urban environments, serving a wide range of carrier-class applications including mobile backhaul, enterprise networks, and ISPs. It integrates the latest synchronization technologies and sophisticated Ethernet/IP functionalities, positioning the SilverNet 80GHz Backhaul as a premier IP radio system.

The Backhaul Range is a superior wireless outdoor bridge, engineered for long-range transmission. Paired with the complementary SilverView network monitoring software, it delivers an extensive and robust solution.

Note

The 73.375 – 75.875 GHz and 83.375 – 85.875 GHz band is available in the UK under a light licensed process for point to point fixed wireless applications.

The fee for the licence is currently £50, which includes the charge for registration of the first link for the first year of the licence. Any further links registered by the licensee will be charged at £50 per link per year.
